 Please take a moment to read through our booking policies to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

 A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required for all  Laser Hair Removal and Skin appointments.

A £50 booking fee is required for services over £50 .

All booking fees are non-refundable but go toward the total cost of your treatment.

48 hours' notice is required for  Laser Hair Removal appointments.

48 hours’ notice is required for Skin Treatments.

Late cancellations or rescheduling will result in the loss of your booking fee.

 Failure to attend an appointment without notice is treated as a no-show, and your booking fee will be forfeited.  

Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

 If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment and your booking fee may be lost. 

 Patch tests are essential and must be carried out at least one week  before your first  treatments. This appointment ensures treatment suitability and safety and is redeemable against a course on the day.

No patch test = No treatment. Your safety is our top priority.

 You must be 18+ for Laser Hair Removal and Skin Treatments.

Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent aesthetic treatments before booking.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not safe or suitable for you

Remaining balances are due on the day of treatment.

We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

All services are non-refundable once performed, due to the nature of the treatments.

 For safety, hygiene, and to maintain a calm environment:

- Children are not permitted in the treatment zone

- Please attend your appointment alone

- Consultations – Please let Michelle know in advance, if you would like to bring a friend or 2 to the consultation.

Before and after photos may be taken for insurance, training, or promotional purposes.

If you prefer your images not to be used on social media, please inform us in advance.

Full aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.

It is important to follow this guidance carefully to ensure the best results.

Wilmslow Laser Clinic  is not liable for any issues caused by poor or neglected aftercare.

 For Laser Hair Removal or Skin Treatments  client, full precare will be provided prior to your treatment, 

Please avoid the following for at least 4 / 6  weeks before and after treatment:

- Sunbed tanning 

- Sun Exposure 

- Fake Tan 

- Waxing in the treatment area

Please also disclose if you are taking medications such as Accutane, steroids, or antibiotics, as these may affect your treatment eligibility.

 Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.

Can be used toward any treatment or product.
